Freeview|HD in the South Island

I've just read a Marlborough Express story on stuff.co.nz earlier and noticed that residents in the Marlborough region would not have access to Freeview|HD despite the cable supplying to Nelson running through Blenheim. The West Coast and Queenstown would also have to miss out on Freeview|HD as Freeview Satellite and SKY are the only options to go digital.

Yes there are huge areas of the South Island where Freeview and Igloo are not available on UHF . There are also many areas of the North Island as well .  Get those complaint letters into your local MPs before the next election !   Steve
