I have a Veon Sat 101 receiver. When I try to set a programme to record I get an error that says "this programme cannot be booked at this time. Please try again later (code -2)".
There are no other recordings booked nor any other activity apart from displaying the current channel. Performing a manual recording works correctly. I have rebooted a few times and used a different hard drive, but the issue remains. In the past, just waiting for an hour or so seems to bring a fix but not any longer. What could be the problem and how to fix it please.

This is usually a problem with the EPG and nothing you can do about it. It is not a problem with your equipment.  It is usually fixed at the next EPG update. There has been several threads in the past regarding this problem.

Thanks for the info. As it is I found that if I tried booking a programme on a different channel, e.g. TVNZ, it worked, then also worked when back on Prime TV.
