I have recently moved to Kerikeri and found my Auckland TV system is no longer usable and have now changed to internet supplied Freeview TV. In order to get Freeview I was forced to buy a dish SMARTvu box which recieves through broadband all the channels EXCEPT choice. It can't be because of weak signal as broadband delivers all it needs except Choice . .. Why?

Missing Channels or MUX is usually an antenna/cabling problem. Check your signal strength on the channels you are receiving. If you are missing some channels then you obviously have marginal signal strength. Also, check out the Resources pages on the pull down tab at the top of this page. Heaps of info there that you need to read.
