<p>For Eden, Bravo & 3 (and their plus 1s), I'm getting a message on a black screen saying "selected service is scrambled or cannot be decoded". Then it comes up eventually but the sound comes first then the picture, & they're very badly synced with a fairly long delay (maybe 10 seconds). I have a fairly old Sony Bravia and have retuned it just in case but the issue persists. Anyone else?</p>

<p>After a few days of the SKY Open EPG displaying NO programs after midnight on January 2nd 2024 some one has finally fixed the problem over night and programs are now listed.</p>
<p>And yes, there were no programs listed on FREEVIEWNZ.TV either.</p>
<p>I am surprised that nobody seemed to notice. Nothing on these Forums.</p>
<p>And there is no option to contact SKY regarding problems with SKY Open their web site. Go Figure!!</p>

<p>It's not like this EPG problem has happened before... Wait! Yes it has, Prime at least!. And Sky told me that it is not responsible for anything on the Freeview platform. I guess the EPG information gets from Sky to Freeview by magic!!!!!</p>

<p>I have a Samsung QA55Q80BASXNZ, I use the freeview app to stream tv, it's been working fine for almost a year, however, freeview released an update on 7/12/23 (v 1.1.8), ever since then I'm not able to change channels nor see the ribbon at bottom of screen to change channels.</p>
<p>I've tried removing / reinstalling app, completely reset tv to factory, power drain TV.</p>
<p>Anyone else having similar issue?</p>

I am having issues with TVNZ 1. When watching a program at times it jumps back several minutes. Also some adds don't finish and the next one up starts part way through. Viewing on a panasonic TV. Any thoughts?
